General information about the Maisons

Our reception is open daily from 08:00 – 18:00 and can be found in the Serre on the ground floor.

CHECK-IN

On arrival you will be welcomed by our front desk host / hostess. Please be aware we have two neighbouring buildings, use the left side entrance marked Maison Hustinx. Inside the Hustinx building, take the stairs on your left to -1.

 

Your room is available from 15:00 hours onwards. In case you arrive earlier than 15:00, it is possible to store your luggage at the hotel.

 

Please bear in mind that procedures will differ under COVID-19, check-in/out will be done contactless. Unfortunately we are unable to guide you to your room personally.

 

LATE CHECK-IN
Late check-in procedure applies for guests who arrive after 18:00. In case of late arrivals, we kindly ask you to inform us ahead of time so that we may provide you with a self-check-in procedure. An envelope with your name, including the room key and parking information will await you atop our reception desk in the Serre.

 

CHECK-OUT 

Your room is available until 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is permitted until 13:00, upon request at a surcharge of 20,-. Please let our staff know if a check-out before 08:00 is needed. They will assist you with your check-out.

 

PARKING

We offer private parking at 22.50 per night; the most affordable option in the city center and a 5-minute walk from the hotel. For your convenience, before parking your car, please check in and drop off your luggage at the hotel (Vrijthof 20).  

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is freshly prepared for every guest and served between 08:00 - 10:30 AM at 17.50 per person. To ensure a good start to your morning, we ask you to please let us know your desired breakfast time the day before, as well as of any dietary restrictions.

 

ROOM SERVICE 

There is always a reason to celebrate, which is why we offer a variety of wines and champagne to our guests. We invite you to explore our seasonal wine selections as presented on the wine menu card and selected by our in-house sommelier, Reinier Hoon.

 

ADAPTERS 

Adapters and other charging devices can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit of 50,-.

 

EXTRA BED OR COT

Most rooms have the option to set up an extra bed or baby cot for a surcharge of:

Children <  12       25,-

 

Baby cribs are free of charge. 

 

SMOKING 

We kindly ask our guests to help us maintain a healthy and pleasant environment by respecting our non-smoking policy within the hotel premises. 

 

TAXI SERVICE 

Please ask our staff to arrange a taxi for you, or have one reserved in advance to avoid waiting times. The waiting time will be no longer than 15 minutes. 

 

BIKE RENTAL 

The hotel offers the possibility to rent Veloretti bikes. The price is 15,- per 24h. Please indicate our staff when you would like to make use of this service. 

 

DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY 

If you would like to have any items of clothing dry cleaned or washed, simply ask our staff at reception; please note dry cleaning and laundry services generally take 24h for returns. In-house laundry and ironing services are available and can be done within a few hours. 

Both service charges depend on quantity and treatment of the garments – our staff will happily inform you! 

 

PETS 

Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome pets for overnight stays due to hygiene and security reasons. We kindly thank you for your understanding. 

 

PAYMENTS 

We accept all credit - and debit card types, as well as cash.
