Safar / أهلاً وسهلاً

“Ahlan wa sahlan”, the most common form of greeting in Beirut and the surrounding Middle East; “Welcome, you are with your people”.

The Safar team crafts a menu that combines fresh herbs and spices to create a balance of flavor and texture. Dishes are designed for sharing; the only way Beirutis know, and celebrates the mixed heritage that has long shaped the eastern Mediterranean including Roman, French, and Ottoman, among others.
